September invites us to pause and check in. Not just on others, but on ourselves. Suicide Prevention Awareness Month is not about statistics. It’s about the quiet weight people carry while still showing up, smiling, leading, and serving. Some of the strongest people you know are silently overwhelmed.
Jesus speaks directly to moments like this. “Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).
Rest is not a reward for the strong. It is an invitation for the loved.
Feeling heavy does not mean you lack faith. It means you’re human. God never asked us to carry life alone.
This month, let’s choose honesty over hiding. Rest over striving. Trust over silence. And let’s remember that hope is still available, even in heavy seasons.
If this resonates, don’t sit with it alone.
Schedule a 1:1 coaching session with me and let’s walk through this together with clarity, faith, and purpose.
If you or someone you know is thinking about harming themselves or others, please call or text the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988. Help is available 24/7.
