April is Second Chance Month, a time to recognize the God-

given dignity and potential of every life, especially those

impacted by the justice system.

At Trinity Way CDC, we believe that God doesn’t discard anyone. He is the God of

restoration, and He delights in rewriting stories for His glory.

Whether justice-involved or not, we’ve all needed grace, mercy, and a fresh start. The

truth is, God is not just the God of a second chance; He’s the God of another chance,

again and again, until freedom, identity, and purpose take root.

Some see a criminal record—we see a story still being written.

Some see a man who failed—we see a King rising.

When we say “Kings,” we’re speaking life into men who are reclaiming their God-given

identity as leaders, fathers, providers, and change-makers in their communities.

Faith Declaration

In the name of Jesus, we declare:

• Cycles of shame are broken.
• Purpose is awakened.
• Our brothers will rise in strength, clothed in dignity, walking boldly in destiny.

This luncheon is a powerful gathering designed to honor, equip, and empower justice-

impacted men and their families. We’re inviting families, community advocates, faith

leaders, mentors, and second chance supporters to come celebrate stories of

transformation.

South LA is rising, and the Kings are leading the charge.

Final Word

If God could raise Jesus from the grave, He can surely raise our brothers from the labels

of their past. This is a season of divine reversal. The verdict is grace. The sentence is

purpose. The outcome is transformation.

Start by surrendering your past, receiving His forgiveness, and walking boldly into the

new thing He is doing. Connect with the community. Show up. Speak life. Serve. Rise

again.
