The holidays can magnify grief, especially when facing loss or celebrating without family. If this season feels heavy, know that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Give yourself permission to feel; there’s no “right” way to grieve. Create a gentle ritual of remembrance, whether it’s lighting a candle or journaling. Don’t isolate—allow trusted friends or neighbors to support you. Find one small thing that brings you peace and lean on it. And know this: it’s okay to hope again.
If you need someone to walk alongside you during this season, I offer faith-based coaching. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
