Private training for organizations, churches, and community groups
Mental Health First Aid gives people practical skills to recognize when someone may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge, respond with care, and help connect them to appropriate support.
8-hour training • 3-year MHFA certification • Private groups starting at 6 participants

Respond • Start supportive conversations and listen without judgment.
Use ALGEE • Learn the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan.
Connect • Know when and how to connect someone to professional, community, or crisis support.
Training Options
In-Person • 8 hours
Instructor-led discussion, scenarios, and skill practice.
Blended • 8 hours total
2 hours of self-paced online learning + 6 hours of instructor-led training, offered virtually or in person.
Faith-Based Training Available
Churches and faith-based organizations can schedule private MHFA training for pastors, ministry leaders, care teams, volunteers, and other adults serving their communities.
