Caring for someone you love can be meaningful and exhausting. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure where to turn, this space was created for you.
One-on-One Caregiver Coaching
For caregivers who want more personal support, I offer one-on-one coaching.
As a caregiver myself, I understand the emotional rollercoaster caregiving brings — the overwhelm, the quiet exhaustion, and the need for someone who truly gets it. These sessions offer a safe, supportive space to talk things through, regain clarity, and feel supported.

Caregiving is one of the most important things a person can do. It is also one of the least supported.
Thousands of people in the communities we serve wake up every day and pour themselves into caring for a parent with dementia, a spouse recovering from a stroke, a grandchild they are raising, or a child with complex needs. They do it out of love—and most of the time, they do it without enough support.
Caregiver burnout is real. The exhaustion, the financial pressure, and the quiet grief of watching someone you love change can take a toll. Yet many caregivers struggle in silence because asking for help can feel difficult.
Through caregiver wellness events and community programming, Trinity Way CDC has heard a consistent message: caregivers need ongoing support, practical resources, and a place where they feel understood. Caregiver Sanctuary was created in response to that need.
"Caregivers are not invisible to us. Your wellbeing matters, and it matters here."

I know what it means to be the caregiver in the room.
When my sister suffered a stroke and was later diagnosed with vascular dementia, I became her primary caregiver. I found myself navigating medical appointments, paperwork, difficult decisions, and emotional challenges while trying to manage my own responsibilities.
During that season, I searched for support designed specifically for caregivers. I needed practical tools, encouragement, and people who understood what I was experiencing. Too often, those resources were difficult to find.
Caregiver Sanctuary grew out of that experience. It is being built for every person who gives so much of themselves to care for someone they love and who deserves support, encouragement, and care as well.
If that is you, please know this: you are seen, you are valued, and you do not have to do this alone.
