Dr. Ligon serves as the Founder and Executive Director of Trinity Way Community Development Corporation. She provides organizational leadership and oversees program development, partnerships, and operations. Her background includes extensive experience in community-based work supporting individuals and families facing barriers related to mental health, food access, and housing stability.
