Dr. Cynthia Ann Hurns is a strategic leadership scholar and aerospace mission assurance professional with more than 46 years of corporate experience across the aerospace and defense, energy, and financial services sectors. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, an MBA, and a B.S. in Information Systems. She retired from Raytheon Technologies as a Principal Specialist, Mission Assurance / Quality Engineer, supporting mission-critical programs for the U.S. Department of Defense and international ministries of defense. Her career includes redesigning and streamlining operational processes and database systems supporting the F/A-18 and F-15 Programs, enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness, reducing human error, and establishing process handbooks to standardize operational workflows.

She is a published author in strategic management. Dr. Hurns serves as Co-Pastor and Executive Board member of Oldtime Holiness Revival Center Church Organization, Inc., where she guides others in spiritual development and leadership; her motto reflects her philosophy: “Your passion becomes your ambition; your ambition becomes your dream; your dream becomes your reality, and your reality becomes your achievement.”
